Real Estate appraisers determine market
value by analyzing and comparing all aspects of the subject
home, property and location to recent sales of similar homes

effective marketing. Market value, simply defined, is the
price at which a home will sell for within a reasonable period
of timeusually 60 to 90 days. A home listed at the correct
amount above it's market value will sell at a better priceit
will create more interest, and the more interest there is,
the more offers it will generate", Mike explains.
